Turning over a rental is one of those jobs where the details really matter. Tenants notice when walls look tired, scuffed, or just plain worn out. And first impressions on a rental listing - or during a showing - can make or break a quick move-in.

This is exactly the kind of work we do well. Fresh walls, clean coverage, and the kind of prep work that makes the finish actually last. The kitchen got full wall coverage while appliances and fixtures were carefully protected throughout the process. That protection step matters more than most people think - it keeps the job clean and saves everyone headaches down the line.

The bathroom was in rough shape before we got to it. Bare drywall patches, scuffed surfaces, walls that had clearly seen better days. We handled the drywall repair side of things too, getting everything smooth and properly prepped before a drop of paint ever touched the surface. You can not cut corners on prep and expect a good result.

What we ended up with across both spaces was clean, uniform coverage that holds up well and photographs nicely for listings. For a landlord, that matters - a well-painted rental rents faster and holds its value better between tenants.

Rental work is a specialty of ours. Whether it is a single unit or a whole building, we come in, get it done right, and get it done efficiently so your property is back on the market as fast as possible.
