Quality Painting LLC’s 3-Year Workmanship Warranty

THREE-YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Quality Painting LLC warrants its workmanship for three years against peeling or coating failure resulting from improper application on surfaces included in the written proposal.

FIRST-YEAR TOUCH-UP SUPPORT

Customers receive up to one hour of complimentary touch-ups during the first year following project completion. Scheduling is subject to crew availability.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer should notify Quality Painting LLC promptly, provide reasonable access for inspection, and retain the written proposal or invoice identifying the covered work.

COMMON EXCLUSIONS

Coverage does not apply to normal wear, impact or abrasion, abuse, building movement, substrate failure, moisture intrusion, leaks, mold, rot, rust originating beneath the coating, failed prior coatings, customer-supplied products, unpainted surfaces, color fading, or conditions outside Quality Painting LLC’s control. Repairs or alterations performed by others may affect coverage.

HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE

Contact Quality Painting LLC with the project address, completion date, photographs, and a brief description. We will review the concern and determine whether an inspection is needed.
